For you to sync your Microsoft Outlook calendar to your iPhone or iPad, you must first make sure you add your Outlook account to your device. If your device does not have your Outlook account setup on it, it will not work. Luckily it is easy to set up your Outlook account on your iPhone or iPad.
On your device (iPhone or iPad) follow these instructions:
Go to Settings > Passwords & Accounts
Scroll to the bottom and click “Add Account”
A menu will show all the accounts you can add. Click “Outlook.com”
Sign in to your Outlook.com account
Important: Make sure you allow your device access to the Outlook.com account
Make sure you “Calendar” is switched on for Outlook.com on your device
Go to your Calendar of choice and make sure it works

Are you still having problems with your Calendar not showing your Outlook Calendar? Syncing issues could mean that your Calendar of choice has your Microsoft Outlook Calendar off.
For Apple’s iCal issues:
Open iCal on your device
Click “Calendar” on the bottom
Scroll down until you see your “Outlook” Calendar
Make sure The Calendar is checked
For InFocus Pro issues:
Open InFocus Pro app
Click the middle “Settings” button on the bottom
Click “Select & Add Calendars"
Scroll down until you find your Outlook Calendar and make sure it’s checked
Are you still having issues with Outlook syncing to your iPhone or iPad?
Go to Outlook.com on your web browser.Sign in to your account.See if your Outlook.com account is syncing with your Outlook program. If they are not syncing, you are having issues with Outlook, and you must resolve this before trying to sync with your iPhone or iPad.
